Visas to Visit Australia

Unless you are a citizen on Australia or New Zealand, you will require a visitor visa to enter the country on any trip - holidays or business.

I'm from the EU/British - do I still need a Visitor Visa for Australia?

Yes you do. Even if you are from the UK!

If you are travelling to Australia for a short trip or holiday, or to visit family or friends, you must apply for an Australian holiday/visitor visa.

Can Anyone Apply for a Tourist or Business Visa?

If you are healthy, you do not have a police history, you have not previously overstayed on an Australian visa or had an Australian visa cancelled, you can apply.

You must also hold a passport from one of the following countries in order to be able to apply for and obtain your E-Visa and ETA Visa instantly. All you have to do is give us a call. Please have your passport and credit card ready:

That will depend on the nature and seriousness of your conviction. Please contact us to discuss this in more detail.

I previously stayed longer than I was allowed, does that matter?

Yes, if you did overstay then you cannot apply for an online visitor visa and will have to submit a paper application. Please contact us to discuss this in more detail.

How long will my visa last?

The Visitor Visa allows you to travel to Australia for up to 12 months from the date of issue and to stay for up to 3 months during each visit.

You cannot work on this visa. But if you have applied for a business visitor visa you can conduct business activities in Australia.
